Starting from Covendant Hospital in Covington, Kenton County, Kentucky, head north on Madison Avenue toward E 20th Street. Take a right onto 12th Street/Pike Street and follow signs for I-71 N/I-75 N, entering Ohio. Continue on I-71 N toward Columbus. Keep left to stay on I-71 N, following signs for US-50 E/Lytle Tunnel. Take exit 12 for Red Bank Road toward Fairfax. Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Red Bank Rd N and merge onto Red Bank Expy. Continue onto Red Bank Rd. Turn right onto E Galbraith Rd.
