Although I didn’t grow up in the Midwest or in the United States, I lived here since in my twenties. I am home in the “Queen City”.

What to do in Cincinnati?
Either you are a sports fan, a music lover or art enthusiast, Cincy has a lot to offer. Here are some of my local tips.

Cincinnati is a historical friendly Midwest city that combines the hustle of the east coast, the hospitality and charm of the south. Everyone you meet will have a recommendation of where to go and what to see. It’s a small big city that you can explore on foot, by streetcar, or one of the city’s shared scooters or bikes.

Spring: The Cherry Blossoms at Ault Park, The Flying Pig Marathon, FC Cincinnati, Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden.

Summer: Cincinnati Reds Baseball, Kings Island Amusement Park, Smale Park Riverfront ParkLittle Miami Scenic Trail and Bike Trail, Summit Park, Contemporary Arts Center, & Krohn Conservatory,

Fall: Oktoberfest, Renaissance Festival, Findlay Market. Cincinnati Bengals Football game.

Winter: Ice Rink at Fountain Square, or see the Holliday Junction miniature train display at Cincinnati Museum Center, Cincinnati Art Museum, National Underground Railroad Freedom Museum.
